What does Dodam AI inspect?

It checks a product detail page against the rules of the country and marketplace you pick: image spec (size, ratio, format, background, file size), prohibited and risky expressions, brand and intellectual-property risk, country-specific required information, and image quality. Every finding is one of five categories.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Rakuten, Qoo10, Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, noon, eBay, Walmart, Temu and your own Shopify store, across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

How is the score calculated?

Start at 100 and subtract 15 for each critical finding, 5 for each warning and 1 for each note. 85 or above with no critical finding is a pass, 60 to 84 or any critical finding needs fixing, and below 60 fails.

Are fixes applied automatically?

Only after you approve them. Auto-fixable findings show a before and after comparison; approved fixes resize or pad images, whiten the background, convert the format, compress the file, strip metadata, replace risky wording and add missing required information. The listing is then re-inspected as a new round.

Yes. Create an API key in Settings and call the REST API with a Bearer token to create inspections, read findings, apply fixes, re-inspect and download outputs. An OpenAPI document is published.

Does it work on a phone?

It is built mobile first. You can photograph a detail page with the phone camera, upload it, review findings and approve fixes without leaving your phone.

Reading an inspection result

How the score is calculated

Every inspection starts at 100 points. Each issue subtracts a fixed penalty by severity, and the score never drops below zero.

Critical	15 points	Blocks publishing or risks account action.
Warning	5 points	Likely to be rejected or edited by the marketplace.
Info	1 point	Best-practice advice, safe to publish without it.

A single critical issue costs the same as three warnings. Always clear critical items first — they also decide the verdict on their own.

How the verdict is decided

Pass — score 85 or above and no critical issue anywhere in the current round.
Needs fix — issues remain, but nothing is unrecoverable. This covers most first rounds.
Rejected — the score has collapsed under the weight of critical issues. Publishing as-is is not advisable.

The verdict stamp is pressed onto the report once the score animation finishes. It reflects the current round only — the earlier rounds stay in the history tab.

The five inspection types

Reading the evidence

Open any finding to see why it fired. Image findings show the measured value against the limit — for example 420 px measured against a 500 px minimum. Text findings highlight the exact matched phrase inside your title, bullet or description.

Findings that come from a published marketplace or regulator rule carry a Sources link. It opens the underlying references so you can quote them to a colleague or to marketplace support.

The engine badge on the result header tells you what produced the round: rules for the deterministic ruleset alone, rules+ai when the Gemini pass added or refined findings.

Priority and filtering

Every finding gets a priority derived from its severity: P1 for critical, P2 for warning, P3 for info. The findings tab filters by inspection type and severity, so you can clear all P1 items across every image before looking at anything else.

Findings marked with the auto-fix badge can be repaired by Dodam AI without you editing files. Everything else is listed under manual handling on the fix screen.
